12 Year Reserve or 12 Year Seasoned Balsamic Vinegar
It's very simple and is one of my favorite "five minute recipes to show off to guests the wide range of flavors balsamic vinegar can compliment"
It's as simple as toasting the crostini, then quickly after spreading a light layer of fig jam, adding goat cheese, then topping it off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
I think this combination goes best with the 12 Year Reserve but the 12 Year Seasoned works great with this as well.
The 20 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar would still compliment this combination well however I would be hesitant to use any of those precious drops liberally.
