Ingredients:
Crostini
Fig Jam
Goat Cheese
12 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
It's very simple and is one of my favorite "five minute recipes to show off to guests the wide range of flavors balsamic vinegar can compliment"
It's as simple as toasting the crostini, then quickly after spreading a light layer of fig jam, adding goat cheese, then topping it off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
The 20 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar would also complement this combination very well however I would be hesitant to use any of those precious drops liberally.
